If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the items within
30 days for a full refund to your credit card. Please mail the
products to us in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
E-mail us at customercare@civiccards.com and
we can help you with your return. If you receive damaged
items during shipment, or received a different item than requested,
please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will be happy to replace
or exchange the product for you. Please return the item(s) via mail
